I have over 15 years of experience in holistic health, with a background in Exercise and Health Sciences from Northern Arizona University and Colorado Mesa University. Additionally, I’ve completed extensive training with leading holistic health educators, allowing me to provide well-rounded guidance and support.
I’m committed to lifelong learning and regularly engage with new research, attend workshops, and participate in professional development opportunities.
